This year’s ComponentSource Bestselling Product and Bestselling Publisher Awards were announced on Feb 28th, 2011. There were two separate award lists for our Top 100 Bestselling Products for 2010 and our Top 100 Bestselling Publishers for 2010. The awards were based on the Total Sales $ Value of Sales for the Products/Publishers over the last year from Jan 1st, 2010 to Dec 31st, 2010 through ComponentSource. We gave out separate awards to our Top 5, Top 10, Top 25, Top 50 & Top 100 Bestselling Products and also to our Top 5, Top 10, Top 25, Top 50 & Top 100 Bestselling Publishers from last year.
The award winners were notified on Feb 28th, 2011 and also listed on our Web site. We also announced our Japanese Awards on the same day, so you can also see Top 50 Bestselling Products in Japan and our Top 10 Bestselling Publishers in Japan. Each winning publisher was sent an award logo or logos to use on their Web site Awards pages and adverts, so if you see your name on the list and you have not received your email - with the awards logos attached - please get in touch and we will forward it to you again.
We believe that these awards are a true industry barometer, as they are based on real orders placed by our global customers from over 180 countries worldwide. As such the awards will help our customers and publishers compare their product and company performance, as they cannot be swayed by votes or opinions from non-customers. These awards are based on real customers, buying software product licenses from us around the world!
