ComponentSource send you an automated email containing all your end user licensee or customer details each time we make a sale. There are two different types of email - one containing financial information that acts as an electronic Purchase Order and one that excludes all financial information that is aimed at technical support personnel and help desk staff. We also have an on-line Sales Report that is available on our Web site 7x24 via your secure account. Login to your account and on the My Account page click on the Sales link. This will take you into your Sales Report displayed by month. The data is available historically for all your sales back to May 1999. You also can drill into the Sales Report to see the full end user licensee or customer details at any time. The Sales Report data is used to create your payment each month, with the February sales being paid for at the end of March and so on throughout the year.
