This is a managed ESD Service and ComponentSource takes care of all aspects of product testing, loading, pricing and updates. We also take care of all your global customer care issues using our multi-lingual Customer Service teams in Atlanta, GA, Reading, England and Tokyo, Japan. Many of you may be finding that your current service provider is asking you to pay increased fees to use their eCommerce solution. European, Middle East & Africa News - Thank you to everyone we met at Tech Ed in Barcelona! We attended this developer event, along with 4,500 people from all over Europe and I can confirm that they all got the latest ComponentSource Paper Catalogue Issue # 60 in their delegate bag.
