We publish short news articles on our Web site, we announce new releases in our Email newsletters, we send relevant new articles to our evaluators & customers! So how do you get your product news in our News articles? And when do they get published or distributed to our global audience?
I think everyone knows that we have a Weekly Customer Email Newsletter that goes out in 10 different languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (for Brazil), Japanese, Korean and Chinese x 2. Yes - every time you release something new - it gets announced in our Email Newsletters and sent out to all our registered users who have opted in to receive the newsletter.
However - did you know that we also have a more detailed Product News announcement service? Yes - we write a short or concise News article about each product release you send us. This News article is published on the Web site on the day we publish the new software product version. As soon as the new product release is available and the News article is published - we start to push the News out by email to everyone who has previously evaluated that product or bought that product from us. So within 24 hours of your product being released on our Web site - every interested customer or evaluator will know about your new release!
So it is very easy for you to get in our Product News and get your News out to our worldwide audience - you just need to send us your new product releases as soon as they come out and we will do the rest of the work for you!

Our customers are very interested to know what your product development plans are moving forward over the next 6-18 months. This does not have to be highly detailed - but a broad overview of likely releases dates and developments you are planning to do. For example: "Our next Service Pack (SP2) is due for release in mid-Oct 2011 and will include some patches plus full 64 Bit support. Our next major release for our product is ProductName 2012 and the Professional Edition will see us complete full support for both WPF & Silverlight - in addition we will launch our first HTML5 and JavaScript controls etc."
If you can let your Account Managers Paul Kerr, Paul Morgan, Thomas Moon or Chris Brooke know your Road Map for the next few months - it will help us plan marketing activities for you. We would also recommend that you publish some form of Road Map on your own Web site to keep your customers up to date with your current development plans.
