  • RavenDB 5.2 Gets Visual with OLAP and Grafana. In their latest release, RavenDB 5.2 now lets you push the data it collects directly onto Data Lakes offered by Microsoft Azure and AWS. Use the information RavenDB collects to perform business intelligence solutions with OLAP queries.
  • You can also visualize what is going on inside your system with their new Telegraf plugin which enables RavenDB to send its data to Grafana to visualize internals you wish to see.
  • Rolling indexes mean you can create new indexes and deploy them without having to worry about excessive load to your database. RavenDB will roll out new indexes gradually, to keep the new load at a minimum until the work is done.
  • Along with Grafana imagery, the new cluster-wide visualization gives you a bird’s eye view of your entire database cluster from the Management Studio GUI. You can see all nodes at once, monitoring performance, CPU consumption, memory utilization, and numerous customizable metrics.
  • Users who need to see your data, but not touch it can be granted read-only certificates that prevent them from making changes to your data.
