The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Highcharts Grid Pro v3 erfordert nun in eingesetzten Umgebungen einen gültigen Grid Key (der Grid Key wird Ihnen nach der Bearbeitung Ihrer Bestellung zugesandt). Grid Lite verwendet keinen Grid Key.
Beim Laden oder Aktualisieren von Grid Pro wird die gridKey API-Eigenschaft überprüft. Fehlt der Schlüssel, ist er ungültig oder abgelaufen, so schreibt Grid Pro eine Warnung in die Browser-Konsole.

Eine interne Lizenz beinhaltet kein Recht zur Nutzung der Lizenzsoftware in einer SaaS-Anwendung, Webanwendung oder einem Lizenznehmerprodukt und berechtigt auch nicht zur Durchführung von Kundeninstallationen.
SaaS-Lizenz
Zusätzlich zu allen Rechten der internen Lizenz beinhaltet die SaaS-Lizenz das Recht, Highcharts in genau einer SaaS- oder Webanwendung zur Erzeugung statischer Inhalte auf einer öffentlich verfügbaren Webseite zu verwenden.
Der Kauf mehrerer Developer SaaS-Lizenzen erhöht nicht die Anzahl der lizenzierten Anwendungen, sondern nur die Anzahl der Entwicklerplätze für diese eine SaaS- oder Webanwendung.
Die SaaS-Lizenz ist einer einzelnen Anwendung zugeordnet; Sie müssen Highsoft den Namen Ihrer Anwendung mitteilen, bevor Sie diese veröffentlichen können.
Self Hosted
Die SaaS-Lizenz gilt für Anwendungen, die auf von Ihnen gehosteten Webservern laufen und als SaaS, Webanwendung, Desktop- oder mobile Anwendung verteilt werden können. Für Kundeninstallationen, bei denen Sie Ihr Produkt auf Servern Ihrer Kunden verteilen möchten, benötigen Sie eine OEM-Lizenz.
Jahres- oder Dauerlizenz
Die interne Lizenz und die SaaS-Lizenz sind entweder als Jahreslizenz oder Dauerlizenz erhältlich.
OEM-Lizenz (nur als Dauerlizenz erhältlich)
