My company was in the market for a new OCR engine since the previous one did not work very well for us (Not so good results and bad product support). After some extensive evaluation and testing for OCR SDKs, we ended up using Leadtools because they gave us the best overall combination of features and functionalities. I dealt with support from both ComponentSource and from leadtools directly, and both of them were very good in solving my problems.
