Please note: you will need to register you registration code on the publishers website before using your software.
License Server
If you are using floating licenses or a large number of user-based licenses (20 or more) for Oxygen, you must set up an Oxygen License Server.

Alle lizenzierten Benutzer haben Zugang zum Oxygen-Forum, das täglich von Mitgliedern des Oxygen-Support-Teams und der Community besucht wird.
Benutzer mit Anfragen zur Vorgehensweise, Feature-Anfragen und Fehlerberichten können das Technical Support-Formular verwenden.
Benutzer mit einem aktuellen Support- und Wartungspaket (SMP) erhalten eine prioritäre Unterstützung. Wenn Sie kein SMP abonniert haben, kann Syncro Soft diesbezüglich keine Zusagen machen, sondern nur garantieren, dass alle Support-Anfragen früher oder später beantwortet werden.
