Timed Subscription License: You are licensed to use the software for the subscription period only.

Floating Timed Subscription License: You are licensed to use the software for the subscription period only. Allows sharing across a pool of users by providing a single key that specifies the total number of users that can concurrently use the software.

Floating Enterprise Timed Subscription License: You are licensed to use the software for the subscription period only. Allows sharing across a pool of users by providing a single key that specifies the total number of users that can concurrently use the software. Supports image based distribution and eliminates the need to re-activate if machines are re-imaged.

Perpetual Licenses: New MadCap Lingo Perpetual Licenses are no longer available, however existing customers may continue to renew their subscription as long as they are currently on maintenance. If their maintenance has expired, they will be subject to new subscription pricing if they want to upgrade and/or purchase additional seats.

¿La licencia es permanente (perpetua) o temporal?

MadCap Lingo Las licencias tienen un plazo limitado y debe comprar una renovación para continuar utilizando el software después de que finalice el período de suscripción. Para obtener más información, consulte el Contrato de licencia.

¿Qué sucede después de que caduque mi suscripción?

¿Puedo alinear (sincronizar) mis licencias actuales?

Sí. ComponentSource puede alinear sus licencias aunque no las comprara originalmente a través de nosotros. Llámenos o para abordar sus necesidades.

¿Puedo añadir una nueva licencia / versión anterior a mi cuenta de MadCap Software existente?

Sí. Póngase en contacto con nosotros para analizar sus requisitos.

¿Puedo comprar una versión de producto antigua?

MadCap Software no vende versiones anteriores directamente, pero la compra de cualquier nueva licencia le da acceso a descargar versiones anteriores del mismo producto.

¿Puedo instalar mi licencia en más de un equipo?

Sí. Cada licencia se puede instalar en dos equipos diferentes, siempre y cuando ambos estén en dominios diferentes.

¿Se puede transferir una licencia de un desarrollador a otro?

Sí. Puede desactivar la licencia desde la cinta de ayuda, o puede solicitar al equipo de soporte técnico de MadCap que le ayude a transferir una licencia a otro desarrollador.

¿Qué tipo de soporte recibo?

Las nuevas licencias de MadCap Lingo incluyen una suscripción de soporte y mantenimiento Platinum de 12 meses. Esto proporciona actualizaciones principales y secundarias de productos, soporte prioritario e ilimitado por correo electrónico y por teléfono, acceso al equipo de soporte de ingenieros sénior, acceso a la base de conocimientos y foros y la opción de enviar proyectos directamente al equipo de soporte para su análisis. El horario de soporte es de lunes a viernes, de 6:00 AM a 5:00 PM (hora del Pacífico).

¿Este producto requiere activación online / offline?

Solo las licencias Floating y Enterprise Floating necesitan una conexión a Internet para utilizar la licencia.
