  • Support for Azure SQL Managed Instance
    • Added support for Azure SQL Managed Instance, allowing users to connect to and manage this platform directly within Aqua Data Studio, expanding compatibility with Microsoft's cloud database offerings.
  • Query Analyzer Connection Management
    • Improvements to connection handling in the Query Analyzer, allowing better management of idle connections.
    • This enhancement helps reduce unnecessary resource usage and provides greater control over active sessions.
  • PostgreSQL 16, 17, and 18 Support
    • Now supports PostgreSQL 16, 17, and 18, enabling users to connect to and work with the latest PostgreSQL database releases.
  • Teradata Driver Update
    • Teradata Driver has been upgraded to support versions 17 and 20 to add compatibility and improve connectivity and performance with newer Teradata environments.
Corrections
  • Resolved an issue where PostgreSQL databases did not display table partitions in the navigation tree.
  • Fixed an issue where the database navigation tree would not expand for specific schemas.
  • Addressed a case sensitivity issue when scripting objects from Dedicated SQL Pools.
  • Fixed SSPI behavior to properly capture LSA tickets for Kerberos authentication.

    • Updated Oracle JDBC Driver:
      • Oracle JDBC Driver has been upgraded to 23.8.0.25.04 and supports all existing features in Aqua Data Studio.
    • Updated Amazon Redshift Driver:
      • Amazon Redshift Driver has been upgraded to 2.1.0.33 with all the features already built into Aqua Data Studio.
    • Updated Microsoft Driver:
      • Microsoft Driver has been upgraded to 12.10.1 with all the features already built into Aqua Data Studio.
    • Updated Snowflake Driver:
      • Snowflake Driver has been upgraded to 3.24.2 with all the features already built into Aqua Data Studio.
