Expanded the Datalore agent skill beyond the notebook API to workspace-level features, with access granted through consent scopes. Workspace-scoped API tokens can now be created from workspace settings.

Corrections

Fixed problem where Trino write_dataframe calls were silently inserting no rows when the connection has no default catalog.
automountServiceAccountToken now defaults to false on Kubernetes agent instances and can be overridden in the settings.
