Abonnement annuel Premium Support
L'abonnement Premium est l'option idéale pour les clients recherchant le plus haut niveau de support de FMS. Les frais annuels vous donnent droit à une assistance technique par téléphone et par e-mail d'un ingénieur support senior. De temps à autre, FMS peut publier de nouvelles versions de produits existants qui ajoutent de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Il s'agit de versions mineures (par exemple, de la version 11.0 à 11.1) et elles sont différentes des nouvelles builds qui corrigent des problèmes dans des fonctionnalités existantes (par exemple, de la version 11.00.0001 à 11.00.0002). Ces versions mineures sont disponibles moyennant des frais de mise à niveau nominaux pour les clients existants. Les abonnés au support technique Premium reçoivent ces mises à niveau automatiquement et sans frais supplémentaires pendant la durée de leur abonnement. REMARQUE : Les mises à niveau entre versions (par exemple, passer d'Access 2002 à Access 2003) ne sont pas considérées comme des mises à niveau de version mineure et ne sont pas incluses dans l'abonnement Premium. Les abonnements sont disponibles par produit ou par suite pour une période de douze mois, et peuvent être achetés à tout moment.
