The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Une licence logicielle est requise par développeur. Tous les développeurs travaillant avec le logiciel devront disposer d’une licence.
Highcharts Dashboards permet aux développeurs d’activer le « mode Édition », permettant aux utilisateurs finaux de modifier les tableaux de bord. Ces utilisateurs finaux ne sont pas considérés comme des développeurs à condition qu’ils n’utilisent pas ou n’accèdent pas à l’API Highcharts ni au code source du logiciel sous licence. Si le développeur possède une licence interne, cela n’empêche pas d’autoriser les utilisateurs à accéder au « mode Éditeur » afin de modifier, ajouter, supprimer, déplacer ou redimensionner des composants dans les tableaux de bord créés, à condition que les paramètres d’interaction et de modification de ces composants restent les mêmes pour tous les utilisateurs finaux, et que de telles actions ne nécessitent pas d’utiliser ou d’accéder à l’API et/ou au code source du logiciel sous licence.
Highcharts propose plusieurs options de licence :

Licence interne
La licence interne comprend le droit d’utiliser Highcharts pour une solution ou application utilisée uniquement à des fins internes sur vos sites web privés (y compris les sous-domaines et les sites intranet) et hébergée sur des serveurs détenus ou contrôlés par le titulaire de la licence. Vous pouvez utiliser la licence interne si votre application n’est pas disponible pour vos clients/utilisateurs externes ni en tant que site web public. Si vous devez afficher des données en dehors de votre entreprise sur un site web accessible au public, vous aurez besoin d’une licence SaaS ou SaaS+.
Informations supplémentaires
Une licence interne autorise le titulaire de la licence à utiliser le logiciel sous licence uniquement à des fins internes et s’étend aux employés et sous-traitants du titulaire de la licence, mais pas à ses clients ni à d’autres tiers. Une licence interne n’inclut aucun droit permettant au titulaire de la licence d’utiliser le logiciel sous licence dans une application SaaS, une application web ou un produit du titulaire de la licence, ni ne l’autorise à effectuer des installations client.
Licence SaaS
En plus de tout ce qui est inclus dans la licence interne, la licence SaaS comprend le droit d’utiliser Highcharts dans 1 seule application SaaS ou 1 seule application web pour la génération de contenu statique et dynamique sur un site web accessible au public.
L’achat de plusieurs licences SaaS Développeur n’augmente pas le nombre d’applications sous licence, seulement le nombre de postes développeur pour l’unique application SaaS ou web.
La licence SaaS est attribuée à une seule application ; vous devez informer Highsoft du nom de votre application avant de pouvoir la déployer.
Licence SaaS+
La licence SaaS+ comprend le droit d’utiliser Highcharts dans jusqu’à 5 applications SaaS ou web uniquement (soit 5 applications SaaS, soit 5 applications web, soit une combinaison des deux tant que le nombre total d’applications ne dépasse pas 5), en plus de tout ce qui est inclus dans la licence interne.
La licence SaaS+ est attribuée à jusqu’à 5 applications nommées ; vous devez informer Highsoft du ou des noms de votre application avant de pouvoir la déployer.
Auto-hébergé
Les licences SaaS et SaaS+ sont destinées aux applications exécutées sur des serveur(s) web hébergés par vous, et qui peuvent être distribuées en tant qu’application SaaS, application web, application de bureau ou application mobile. Pour une installation client où vous devez distribuer votre produit sur les serveurs hébergés de vos clients, vous aurez besoin d’une licence OEM.
Licence annuelle ou perpétuelle
La licence interne, la licence SaaS et les licences SaaS+ sont disponibles soit sous forme de licence annuelle, soit sous forme de licence perpétuelle.
Licence OEM (Disponible uniquement en licence perpétuelle)
Vous avez besoin d’une licence OEM lorsque vous souhaitez utiliser le logiciel Highcharts dans un produit qui sera redistribué à vos clients et hébergé par eux. La licence OEM est la licence la plus flexible et peut être personnalisée selon vos besoins. Pour connaître les tarifs, veuillez nous contacter.
Note sur la distribution : Afin de respecter les exigences de licence, le nom de la ou des applications que vous développez doit être signalé à Highsoft avant qu’elles puissent être distribuées.
