A Web License authorizes Licensee to use the Licensed Software for internal purposes and extends to Licensee’s employees and contractors, but not to its clients or other Third Parties. The Web License does not include any right for Licensee to use the Licensed Software in a SaaS Application or a Web Application.
The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Une licence logicielle est requise par développeur. Tous les développeurs travaillant avec le logiciel devront posséder une licence.
Highcharts Grid Pro v3 nécessite désormais une clé Grid valide dans les environnements déployés (la clé Grid vous sera envoyée une fois votre commande traitée). Grid Lite n'utilise pas de clé Grid.
Lors du chargement ou de la mise à jour, Grid Pro valide la propriété API gridKey. Si la clé est manquante, invalide ou expirée, Grid Pro affiche un avertissement dans la console du navigateur.

Licence Interne
La Licence Interne inclut le droit d'utiliser Highcharts pour une solution ou une application utilisée uniquement à des fins internes sur vos sites privés (y compris sous-domaines et intranet) et hébergée sur des serveurs appartenant ou contrôlés par le licencié. Vous pouvez utiliser la Licence Interne si votre application n'est pas accessible à vos clients/utilisateurs externes ni en tant que site public. Si vous devez afficher des données en dehors de votre entreprise sur un site accessible au public, vous aurez besoin d'une Licence SaaS.
Informations complémentaires
Une Licence Interne autorise le licencié à utiliser le logiciel sous licence uniquement pour des fins internes, étendue aux employés et sous-traitants du licencié, mais pas à ses clients ou autres tiers. Elle n'inclut pas le droit d'utiliser le logiciel sous licence dans une application SaaS, application Web ou produit du licencié, ni d'effectuer des installations chez le client.
Licence SaaS
En plus de tout ce qui est inclus dans la Licence Interne, la Licence SaaS inclut le droit d'utiliser Highcharts dans une seule application SaaS ou Web pour générer du contenu statique sur un site public.
Acheter plusieurs licences développeur SaaS n'augmente pas le nombre d'applications licenciées, seulement le nombre de sièges développeur pour l'une des applications SaaS ou Web.
La Licence SaaS est assignée à une seule application, vous devez informer Highsoft du nom de votre application avant déploiement.
Auto-hébergé
La Licence SaaS concerne des applications exécutées sur des serveurs web hébergés par vous, pouvant être distribuées en SaaS, application web, desktop ou mobile. Pour des installations client où vous devez distribuer votre produit sur les serveurs hébergés par vos clients, vous aurez besoin d'une Licence OEM.
Licence Annuelle ou Perpétuelle
Les Licences Interne et SaaS sont disponibles en licence annuelle ou perpétuelle.
Licence OEM (disponible uniquement en licence perpétuelle)
Vous avez besoin d'une licence OEM si vous souhaitez utiliser le logiciel Highcharts dans un produit qui sera redistribué et hébergé par vos clients. La licence OEM est la plus flexible et peut être personnalisée selon vos besoins. Pour les tarifs, contactez-nous.

Licence SaaS+
Ce type de licence n'est plus disponible. Si vous possédez déjà une licence SaaS+ et souhaitez renouveler votre abonnement Advantage ou licence annuelle, veuillez nous contacter pour discuter des options.
La licence SaaS+ autorisait l'utilisation de Highcharts dans jusqu'à 5 applications SaaS ou Web (qu'il s'agisse de 5 applications SaaS, 5 applications Web ou une combinaison des deux tant que le total ne dépasse pas 5), en plus de tout ce qui est inclus dans la Licence Interne.
La Licence SaaS+ pouvait être assignée à jusqu'à 5 applications nommées, vous deviez informer Highsoft des noms des applications avant déploiement.
