L’exécution n’est PAS libre de droits, chaque installation de PDFlib a besoin de sa propre licence, il est obligatoire que chaque machine exécutant PDFLib (en développement, ou en tant qu’utilisateur d’une application finale contenant PDFLib) dispose d’une licence.
Exemple 1 : Une société de logiciels souhaite installer PDFlib sur son système. Elle dispose d’une équipe de 4 développeurs qui devront travailler avec PDFlib sur leurs machines locales.
Licence requise : 4 licences machine
Exemple 2 : Une société de logiciels souhaite installer PDFlib sur un serveur avec 1 CPU. Elle dispose d’une équipe de 4 développeurs qui accèdent au serveur, mais le composant est toujours exécuté sur le serveur.
