Option de contrat de support
Si vous commandez un contrat de support annuel avec vos licences PL/SQL Developer, vous êtes autorisé à recevoir une assistance technique par e-mail pendant une période de 1 ou 3 ans (selon l’option de support achetée). Si votre contrat de support actuel n’a pas encore expiré, le nouveau contrat commencera à la date de fin de votre contrat de support actuel.
