SERVER APPLICATION SOFTWARE

  • Regardless of the License Type you may install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ONE copy of the SERVER APPLICATION SOFTWARE, on a single computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, or other digital electronic device ("SERVER COMPUTER").

CLIENT APPLICATION SOFTWARE

  • You may install, use, access, display, run, or otherwise interact with a number of copies of the CLIENT APPLICATION SOFTWARE in accordance with the license type you obtained, on any computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, or other digital electronic device connected to the local network ("CLIENT COMPUTER").

The Subscription Program is an annual maintenance and support service. Users with a valid Subscription get the following benefits:

  • Access to new versions when they are released
  • Access to all updates and bug fixes
  • Product support through the Premium Support program
  • Notification of new product versions

FAQ

Combien de temps les licences sont-elles valides ? S'agit-il de licences perpétuelles ou limitées dans le temps ?

Review Assistant licences sont permanentes. Vous pourrez toujours continuer à utiliser le produit acheté une fois la période d'abonnement arrivée à son terme.

Que se passe-t-il après la fin de ma période d'abonnement ?

Vous pouvez continuer à utiliser les produits inclus dans votre abonnement aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Lorsque l'abonnement arrivera à son terme, vous ne recevrez plus de mises à jour ou de nouvelles versions de produits. Il est possible de renouveler votre abonnement, à un prix plus attractif que l'achat d'une nouvelle licence.

Est-il possible d'aligner la date limite avec celle de mes autres licences en cours ?

Oui. ComponentSource peut s'arranger pour que toutes vos licences aient une date limite commune, même si vous n'êtes pas passé par nous pour les acheter. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler ou nous pour nous faire part de vos besoins.

Est-il possible d'ajouter une nouvelle licence à mon compte Devart existant ?

Oui. Vous pouvez, non seulement, ajouter de nouvelles licences du/des produit(s) concerné(s), mais aussi ajouter d'autres licences de produit à votre compte Devart existant.

Est-ce que je peux acheter une ancienne version de produit?

Devart ne vend pas directement d’anciennes versions. Cependant, si vous êtes titulaire d'une licence, vous pouvez télécharger n’importe quelle ancienne version sur votre espace personnel Devart.

Est-il possible d'installer ma licence sur plusieurs machines ?

Oui. Vous pouvez installer, activer et utiliser une copie supplémentaire sur un deuxième appareil mobile, ordinateur portable ou ordinateur de bureau, pour un usage exclusif du titulaire de la licence.

Est-il possible de transférer une licence d’un développeur à un autre ?

La propriété de la licence peut être transférée à une autre personne ou société, mais il est nécessaire de contacter au préalable Devart pour préciser les informations de contact du nouveau propriétaire de la licence. Pour en savoir plus, veuillez consulter le Contrat de licence.

Quels sont les types de support technique proposés?

Les utilisateurs disposant d’un abonnement valide bénéficient d'une prise en charge prioritaire par le support technique via e-mail, avec un délai de réponse de 2 jours ouvrables. Les utilisateurs qui n’ont pas d’abonnement peuvent obternir une aide par l'intermédiaire des forums communautaires.

Est-il nécessaire d'effectuer une activation en ligne/hors connexion pour Review Assistant?

Review Assistant nécessite l’activation d'une licence. Pour l'activer, connectez-vous à votre espace personnel Devart.
