Timed Subscription License: You are licensed to use the software for the subscription period only.

Floating Timed Subscription License: You are licensed to use the software for the subscription period only. Allows sharing across a pool of users by providing a single key that specifies the total number of users that can concurrently use the software.

Floating Enterprise Timed Subscription License: You are licensed to use the software for the subscription period only. Allows sharing across a pool of users by providing a single key that specifies the total number of users that can concurrently use the software. Supports image based distribution and eliminates the need to re-activate if machines are re-imaged.

Perpetual Licenses: New MadCap Lingo Perpetual Licenses are no longer available, however existing customers may continue to renew their subscription as long as they are currently on maintenance. If their maintenance has expired, they will be subject to new subscription pricing if they want to upgrade and/or purchase additional seats.

Posso acquistare una versione precedente del prodotto?

MadCap Software non vende direttamente le versioni precedenti, ma l'acquisto di una nuova licenza ti consente di scaricare le versioni precedenti dello stesso prodotto.

Posso installare la mia licenza su più di un computer?

Sì. Ogni licenza può essere installata su due computer diversi, purché siano entrambi su domini diversi.

Una licenza può essere trasferita da uno sviluppatore a un altro?

Sì. Puoi disattivare la licenza dalla barra multifunzione della Guida, oppure il team di assistenza di MadCap può aiutarti a trasferire una licenza a un altro sviluppatore.

Che tipo di assistenza ricevo?

Le nuove licenze MadCap Lingo includono un abbonamento di 12 mesi di tipo Platinum per l'assistenza e la manutenzione. Ciò fornisce aggiornamenti dei prodotti, assistenza via e-mail e via telefonico con priorità illimitata, accesso al team di assistenza Senior Engineer, accesso alla Knowledge Base e ai forum, nonché la possibilità di inviare i progetti direttamente al team di assistenza per l'analisi. L'orario dell'assistenza è dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 6:00 alle 17:00 (ora del Pacifico).

Per questo prodotto è necessaria l'attivazione online/offline?

Solo le licenze Floating e Enterprise Floating necessitano di una connessione Internet per utilizzare la licenza.
