구독 갱신 - 유예 기간
구독 갱신은 지원과 유지 관리를 추가로 1년 연장하며 이전 구독의 갱신일로부터 30일 이내에 진행해야 합니다. 이 유예 기간 내에 갱신하지 않으면 나중에 갱신할 때 추가 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.
구독 갱신 - 날짜 정렬
이전 구독의 만료일 이전이나 이후에 갱신하기로 선택한 고객의 경우, Actipro는 모든 새 구독 갱신일을 만료되는 구독의 종료 시점에 맞춥니다.
예를 들어, 구독 만료일이 2017년 7월 21일로 설정되어 있고 2017년 7월 6일에 구독을 갱신했다면(15일 일찍), 새 구독은 2017년 7월 21일 에 시작하여 2018년 7월 21일에 종료됩니다.
따라서 실제 만료일보다 며칠 전이나 후에 갱신해도 괜찮습니다. 구독 갱신은 항상 만료되는 구독의 종료 시점에 맞춰지기 때문입니다.
