Workstation (Named User) 라이선스
Workstation 라이선스는 한 대의 머신("node-lock") 또는 한 사람("named user")에 고정됩니다. node-locked Workstation 라이선스는 한 대의 머신에만 설치할 수 있으며 동시에 사용할 수 없습니다. named user Workstation 라이선스는 개인에게 등록되며, 해당 named user만 제품을 사용할 수 있습니다. Workstation 라이선싱 옵션은 항상 작업용 컴퓨터에서 소프트웨어 사본을 사용할 수 있어야 하는 파워 유저에게 가장 적합합니다. Workstation 라이선스는 라이선스 서버 설치를 필요로 하지 않습니다.
참고: Workstation License는 구매한 국가 또는 "ordering documentation"에 명시된 국가에서만 유효합니다(단, 법률상 EU 내에서 구매한 모든 라이선스를 EU의 어느 국가로든 이동할 수 있는 유럽 연합(EU) 내에서는 예외입니다). 다른 국가로 배송하면 라이선스는 더 이상 유효하지 않으며 필요한 국가에 맞게 다시 구매해야 합니다.
Network Named User License
Network Named User는 라이선스가 개인에게 지정된다는 점에서 Workstation 라이선싱과 유사합니다. 라이선스는 AppWave를 사용하여 네트워크를 통해 관리됩니다. 관리자는 사용자가 제품을 사용할 수 있도록 네트워크의 중앙 위치에 AppWave를 설치합니다. Network Named User는 항상 해당 라이선스에 대한 접근이 보장되며, 또는 관리자가 접근 권한을 취소할 때까지 보장됩니다.
이 옵션은 중앙 집중식 관리, 소프트웨어 자산의 빠르고 쉬운 프로비저닝 및 디프로비저닝, 그리고 사용 보고서를 포함한 자산 관리 기능 등 많은 장점을 제공합니다.
Concurrent License
Network Concurrent 라이선스는 AppWave를 통해 관리됩니다. 이 옵션은 사용자가 어떤 제품이든 유연하게 사용할 수 있게 해주지만, 애플리케이션이 열려 있을 때만 라이선스를 획득합니다. 이 라이선스 옵션은 동시 사용자의 수를 추적합니다. 동시 사용자의 수가 구매한 라이선스 수를 초과하면, 그 이후 소프트웨어를 시작하려는 사람은 누구나 접근이 거부됩니다.
