Perpetual Licenses

HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint is licensed by purchasing the required number of user licenses.

SharePoint user - a user authorized in any way on a SharePoint server; including users interacting with a SharePoint server through Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or other applications.

The number of user licenses for HarePoint Analytics for Sharepoint​ must be equal to the number of users having access to the SharePoint server(s).

If your environment contains more than 15,000 users, then please contact sales@componentsource.com for details.

If your SharePoint server allows for the possibility of unauthorized (anonymous) access (e.g. web-sites), please contact sales@componentsource.com to specify details and get a quote for an appropriate license.​

Important - Please note that in order to use the software a license key needs to be generated for you based on your order details. This will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Subscription
A 1 year subscription which includes technical support and all version updates released within the subscription period is included.
The subscription can be renewed on an annual basis providing you with an additional 1 year of technical support and product updates.
If you do not renew your subscription you will still be able to use the product however you will not be eligible for technical support or product updates.

Annual License

The subscription depends on the number of active SharePoint users monitored and analysed by the product.
