Support Contract 옵션
PL/SQL Developer 라이선스와 함께 연간 Support Contract를 주문하시면, 구매한 지원 옵션에 따라 1년 또는 3년 동안 이메일로 기술 지원을 받을 수 있습니다. 현재 Support Contract가 아직 만료되지 않았다면 새 계약은 현재 Support Contract의 종료일에 시작됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 새 Support Contract는 구매일에 시작됩니다.

업그레이드 옵션
업그레이드 옵션은 업그레이드하는 버전에 따라 다른 가격으로 제공됩니다. 현재 라이선스의 버전에 해당하는 업그레이드를 선택해야 합니다. 업그레이드는 최신 버전을 사용할 수 있는 권한을 부여합니다. Support Contract를 구매하지 않았거나 현재 유효한 Support Contract를 이미 보유하고 있지 않다면 지원은 포함되지 않습니다.
