Support Contract Renewals

  • support contract가 활성 상태이거나 만료된 지 3개월이 지나지 않은 경우 갱신할 수 있습니다.
    • 새 contract는 원래 contract를 원활하게 연장하며, 원래 contract의 만료일에 시작됩니다.
  • support contract가 3개월 이상 전에 만료된 경우:
    • 새 license를 구매해야 합니다. 새 contract는 구매일에 시작됩니다.
