  • 라이센스(들)를 이용하면 1년 또는 12개월 동안만 도구를 사용할 수 있습니다. 라이센스(들)를 연장하려면 라이센스(들)를 갱신해야 합니다.
  • 연간 라이센스 기간 동안에는 VDF 라이브러리의 모든 주요 및 부분 업그레이드뿐 아니라 VDF 지원 팀의 지원을 제공합니다.
  • 연간 라이센스(들)를 갱신하지 않은 경우, VDF 라이브러리를 사용하거나 VDF 라이브러리를 이용해 만든 어플리케이션을 판매할 수 없습니다.
  • 연간 라이센스(들)를 갱신하지 않고 VDF 라이브러리를 다시 사용하려면, 연간 갱신 할인이 적용되지 않은 전체 가격으로 연간 라이센스를 새로 구입해야 합니다.
  • 라이브러리 또는 컴포넌트의 개발에 VDF 라이브러리를 사용할 수 없습니다. VDF는 라이브러리가 내부 용도인 어플리케이션이나 기업에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • VDF 라이브러리에 기초하거나 포함하는 어플리케이션을 내부적으로 또는 개별 소프트웨어 개발자를 통해 제작하고 제작한 어플리케이션의 라이센스를 최종 사용자에게 판매할 법인체는 라이센스(들)를 구입해야 합니다.

VectorDraw를 구입한 고객(버전 5 이하의 라이센스(들)를 보유한 기존 고객)이 참고해야 할 사항:

  • 연간 개발자 계약에 동의하지 않은 고객은 특별한 업그레이드 가격을 통해 최신 VDF로 업그레이드할 수 있습니다.
  • 현재 연간 개발자 계약에 동의한 고객은 무료로 VDF 6.0 컴포넌트로 업그레이드할 수 있습니다. 현재 annual developer agreement가 만료된 경우, renewal을 구입해 가입을 갱신하거나 신규 소프트웨어 업그레이드 없이 현재 버전으로 어플리케이션을 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • Standard 또는 Viewer 컴포넌트의 사용자는 어플리케이션에 혁신적인 새로운 개념을 쉽게 제공하는 VDF 컴포넌트로 업그레이드할 수 있습니다.

VectorDraw Developer Framework LicVAL: 웹서버당 라이센스 1개가 필요합니다. 개발자용 라이센스 1개를 구입하면 LicVal 1개를 추가 비용 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 다른 모든 웹 서버(예로 http://www.mydomain1.com, http://www.myotherdonain.com 등과 같이 2개 이상의 서버를 원하는 경우)에는 별도의 LicVal 라이센스가 필요합니다.
