업그레이드 무상계약
15개월 업그레이드 가입에서는 중요도와 상관없이 15개월 동안 업그레이드를 받으실 수 있는 권리가 주어집니다. 15개월의 가입기간 중에 중요한 업그레이드가 새롭게 릴리스되지 않은 경우에는 중요 업그레이드가 릴리스될 때까지 기간이 연장됩니다. 복수 개발자 업그레이드 무상계약도 있습니다.
런타임은 로열티 프리입니다.

다음에 개설하는 바와 같이 Xceed Encryption Library는 강도 높은 알고리즘을 몇 개나 포함하고 있기 때문에 표준적인 라이센스 조건에 따라야 하며, 그 외에도 암호기술제품에 부과되는 국제수출규제도 받고 있습니다.
고객은 다음 리스트에 기재되어있는 국가에서는 Xceed Encryption Library 의 구입, 다운로드, 사용이 금지되어 있음을 확인하신 후 다음에 열거하는 어느 한 국가에 있는 최종 사용자에게 Xceed Encryption Library의 등록완료 카피본을 재판매해서는 안 된다는 것과 이 규제를 실시하는데 적절한 조치가 필요하다는 것에 동의하여야 합니다. 현재 해당되는 국가는 다음과 같습니다.
