- It is now possible to prevent paths in package script's arguments being encoded, this may avoid some script failures when running the script outside the VE.

- Packages with certain incorrect virtual COM type library entries would fail to load due to strict format validation, this is now changed so that AVE will allow loading these VCOM entries and pass-through it to the saved package to maintain compatibility with Sequencer.
