One software license is required per developer.

You will need to choose the correct developer license based on the number of developers and your expected number of end users.

Developer License - Allows the licensed number of named developers to use the software and distribute their developed application to the number of end users specified in the purchased license.

Server License - Allows you to deploy your application to a Single Server for use by unlimited end users within the same organization.
(The Server License also allows you to use the software for development purposes /testing purposes as well as install it to a single production server.)

Company Licenses are available for organizations with more than 3 developers. Please email sales@componentsource.com for a quote.

Examples:

• A customer with 1 developer and 11 to 1,000 end-users will require: 1 Developer License – up to 1,000 end-users.
• A customer with 1 developer and more than 1,000 end-users will require: 1 Developer License – Unlimited.
• A customer with 2-3 developers and 11 to 1,000 end-users will require: 3 Developers License – up to 1,000 end-users.
• A customer with 2-3 developers and more than 1,000 end-users will require: 3 Developers License – Unlimited.
• A customer with more than 3 developers and 1 to 1,000 end-users will require: Company Developer License – up to 1,000 end-users.
• A customer with more than 3 developers and more than 1,000 end-users will require: Company Developer License – Unlimited.
• Customers that want to deploy on a server machine will require: One server license – Unlimited.

Important: You may not utilize CADEditorX for the creation of products (whether it be freeware, shareware or a commercial product) which competes directly or indirectly with any CADSoftTools product.
