New MadCap Central licenses include a 12 month Platinum support and maintenance subscription. This provides product upgrades and updates, unlimited priority email and telephone support, access to the Senior Engineer support team, access to the knowledge base and forums, and the option to send projects directly to the support team for analysis. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
