One software license is required per concurrent support session.
All licenses include 12 months support and updates (minor).

Purchase your license for a one-off outright cost. There are no ongoing fees. Simply select the edition you would like to run and multiply the price by the number of concurrent technician sessions you need. A session is classed as an interactive connection from a technician to a remote computer or device.

As an example, a two session licence would allow one technician to connect to two computers/devices at the same time or two technicians to each connect to a single computer/device.
