When you buy TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET Subscription, your purchase includes a TX Text Control Server annual Subscription that includes:
All Text Control licenses are permanent. You can continue to use the purchased product after your subscription period ends.
You can continue to use the licensed products for as long as you require. Subscription expiry means that you will no longer receive future product updates unless you upgrade. It is possible to renew your subscription at a lower cost than buying a new license, if you do so within 30 days after the expiry date.
