One license required per each machine/user.
Transferable only within the organization.

Perpetual: license never expires.

Maintenance is available for Perpetual Licenses for 1, 2, or 3 years and includes technical support, and all major and minor software updates for the duration of the maintenance period.
You may renew the maintenance to continue to receive support and updates for an additional 1, 2, or 3 years.
If you do not renew the maintenance for Perpetual Licenses then you may continue to use the software at the current version but will no longer be entitled to support or software updates.
