ExpressSkins Library provides you with Microsoft Office look and feel options and several unique visual styles featuring rounded buttons, glass effects and gradient fills. With ExpressSkins, you can even create your own Windows style skin. Both built-in and custom skins can be used across any operating system, even those released prior to Windows XP.
