The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Highcharts Dashboards permite que desenvolvedores ativem o "Modo de Edição" para permitir que os usuários finais modifiquem os dashboards. Esses usuários finais não são considerados desenvolvedores desde que não trabalhem com ou acessem a API Highcharts ou o código-fonte do Software Licenciado. Se o desenvolvedor possuir uma Licença Interna, isso não restringe a habilitação dos usuários para acessar o "Modo Editor" para modificar, adicionar, remover, mover ou redimensionar componentes nos dashboards criados, desde que os parâmetros de interação e modificação desses componentes permaneçam iguais para todos os usuários finais e tais ações não exijam trabalhar com ou acessar a API e/ou código-fonte do Software Licenciado.

A Licença Interna não inclui o direito de usar o Software Licenciado em um Aplicativo SaaS, Aplicativo Web ou Produto do Licenciado, nem autoriza o Licenciado a realizar instalações para clientes.
Licença SaaS
Além de tudo incluído na Licença Interna, a Licença SaaS inclui o direito de usar Highcharts em apenas 1 aplicativo SaaS ou 1 aplicativo Web para geração de conteúdo estático em um site publicamente disponível.
Comprar múltiplas Licenças SaaS para Desenvolvedores não aumenta o número de aplicativos licenciados, apenas o número de assentos de desenvolvedor para o único aplicativo SaaS ou Web.
A Licença SaaS é atribuída a um único aplicativo; você precisa informar a Highsoft o nome do seu aplicativo antes de poder implantá-lo.
Hospedagem Própria (Self Hosted)
A Licença SaaS é para aplicativos executados em servidores web hospedados por você, que podem ser distribuídos como SaaS, aplicativo web, desktop ou móvel. Para instalação em cliente, onde você precisa distribuir seu produto para servidores hospedados de clientes, será necessária uma Licença OEM.
Licença Anual ou Perpétua
A Licença Interna e a Licença SaaS estão disponíveis como Licença Anual ou Licença Perpétua.

A Licença SaaS+ incluía o direito de usar Highcharts em até 5 aplicativos SaaS ou Web apenas (pode ser 5 aplicativos SaaS, 5 aplicativos Web ou uma combinação, desde que o total não ultrapasse 5), além de tudo o que está incluído na Licença Interna.
