A Web License authorizes Licensee to use the Licensed Software for internal purposes and extends to Licensee’s employees and contractors, but not to its clients or other Third Parties. The Web License does not include any right for Licensee to use the Licensed Software in a SaaS Application or a Web Application.
The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

É necessária uma licença de software por desenvolvedor. Todos e quaisquer desenvolvedores que trabalhem com o software precisarão de uma licença.
Highcharts Dashboards permite que os desenvolvedores ativem o "Edit Mode", permitindo que os usuários finais modifiquem dashboards. Esses usuários finais não são considerados desenvolvedores, desde que não trabalhem com ou acessem a API do Highcharts ou o código-fonte do Software Licenciado. Se o desenvolvedor possuir uma Internal License, isso não restringe a ativação para que os usuários acessem o "Editor Mode" para modificar, adicionar, remover, mover ou redimensionar componentes nos dashboards criados, desde que os parâmetros de interação e modificação desses componentes permaneçam os mesmos para todos os usuários finais, e tais ações não exijam trabalhar com ou acessar a API e/ou o código-fonte do Software Licenciado.

Internal License

Você pode usar a Internal License se sua aplicação não estiver disponível para seus clientes/usuários externos ou como um site público. Uma Internal License autoriza o Licenciado a usar o Software Licenciado somente para fins internos e se estende aos funcionários e contratados do Licenciado, mas não aos seus clientes ou a outros Terceiros. Uma Internal License não inclui nenhum direito para o Licenciado usar o Software Licenciado em uma Aplicação SaaS, Aplicação Web ou um Produto do Licenciado, nem autoriza o Licenciado a realizar Customer Installations.
SaaS License
Além de tudo o que está incluído na Internal License, a SaaS License inclui o direito de usar o Highcharts em apenas 1 SaaS ou 1 aplicação Web para geração de conteúdo estático e dinâmico em um site publicamente disponível.
A compra de várias Developer SaaS Licenses não aumenta o número de aplicações licenciadas, apenas o número de assentos de desenvolvedor para a única aplicação SaaS ou Web.
A SaaS License é atribuída a uma única aplicação; você precisa informar à Highsoft o nome da sua aplicação antes de poder implantá-la.
SaaS+ License
A SaaS+ License inclui o direito de usar o Highcharts em até 5 aplicações SaaS ou Web apenas (seja como 5 aplicações SaaS ou 5 aplicações Web ou uma combinação de ambas, desde que o número total de aplicações não exceda 5), além de tudo o que está incluído na Internal License.
A SaaS+ License é atribuída a até 5 aplicações nomeadas; você precisa informar à Highsoft o(s) nome(s) da sua aplicação antes de poder implantá-la.
Self Hosted
As licenças SaaS e SaaS+ são para aplicações executadas em servidor(es) web hospedados por você, e que podem ser distribuídas como SaaS, aplicação web, aplicação desktop ou aplicação móvel. Para instalação pelo cliente, quando você precisar distribuir seu produto para servidores hospedados pelos seus clientes, você precisará de uma OEM License.
Annual or Perpetual License
As Internal License, SaaS License e SaaS+ Licenses estão disponíveis como Annual License ou Perpetual License.
OEM License (Disponível apenas como Perpetual License)
Você precisa de uma OEM license quando quiser usar o software Highcharts em um produto que será posteriormente distribuído para - e hospedado por - seus clientes. A OEM License é a licença mais flexível, podendo ser personalizada de acordo com suas necessidades. Para preços, por favor contate-nos.
