A Web License authorizes Licensee to use the Licensed Software for internal purposes and extends to Licensee’s employees and contractors, but not to its clients or other Third Parties. The Web License does not include any right for Licensee to use the Licensed Software in a SaaS Application or a Web Application.
The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

O Highcharts Grid Pro v3 agora requer uma Chave Grid válida nos ambientes implantados (a Chave Grid será enviada a você assim que seu pedido for processado). O Grid Lite não utiliza uma Chave Grid.
Quando o Grid Pro carrega ou atualiza, ele valida a propriedade da API gridKey. Se a chave estiver ausente, inválida ou expirada, o Grid Pro gera um aviso no console do navegador.

Licença Interna
A Licença Interna inclui o direito de usar o Highcharts para uma solução ou aplicação que é usada apenas para fins internos nos seus sites privados (incluindo subdomínios e sites intranet) e está hospedada em servidores pertencentes ou controlados pelo Licenciado. Você pode usar a Licença Interna se sua aplicação não estiver disponível para seus clientes/usuários externos ou como um site público. Se precisar exibir dados fora da sua empresa num site público, será necessária uma Licença SaaS.
Informações adicionais
Uma Licença Interna autoriza o Licenciado a usar o Software Licenciado apenas para fins internos e estende-se aos funcionários e contratados do Licenciado, mas não a seus clientes ou a terceiros. A Licença Interna não inclui o direito de usar o Software Licenciado numa Aplicação SaaS, Aplicação Web ou Produto do Licenciado, nem autoriza o Licenciado a realizar Instalações em Clientes.
Licença SaaS
Além de tudo que está incluído na Licença Interna, a Licença SaaS inclui o direito de usar o Highcharts em apenas 1 aplicação SaaS ou 1 aplicação Web para geração de conteúdo estático em um site público.
Comprar múltiplas Licenças SaaS de desenvolvedor não aumenta o número de aplicações licenciadas, apenas o número de assentos de desenvolvedor para a única aplicação SaaS ou Web.
A Licença SaaS é atribuída a uma única aplicação, você precisa informar à Highsoft o nome da sua aplicação antes de implantá-la.
Hospedagem Própria
A Licença SaaS é para aplicações que rodam em servidor(es) web hospedado(s) por você, e que podem ser distribuídas como SaaS, aplicação web, aplicativo desktop ou móvel. Para instalação em cliente, onde você precisa distribuir seu produto para servidores hospedados de seus clientes, será necessária uma Licença OEM.
Licença Anual ou Permanente
A Licença Interna e a Licença SaaS estão disponíveis em modelo Anual ou Permanente.
Licença OEM (disponível apenas como Licença Permanente)
Você precisa de uma licença OEM quando deseja usar o software Highcharts em um produto que será distribuído e hospedado por seus clientes. A Licença OEM é a licença mais flexível e pode ser personalizada conforme suas necessidades. Para preços, por favor entre em contato.
Nota sobre Distribuição: Para cumprir os requisitos da licença, o nome da(s) aplicação(ões) que você desenvolve precisa ser informado à Highsoft antes de serem distribuídas.

Licença SaaS+
Este tipo de licença não está mais disponível. Se você já possui uma Licença SaaS+ e precisa renovar sua assinatura Advantage ou Licença Anual, por favor, entre em contato para discutir suas opções.
A Licença SaaS+ incluía o direito de usar Highcharts em até 5 aplicações SaaS ou Web apenas (sejam 5 aplicações SaaS, 5 aplicações Web ou uma combinação desde que o total não exceda 5), além de tudo que está incluído na Licença Interna.
A Licença SaaS+ poderia ser atribuída a até 5 aplicações nomeadas, sendo necessário informar os nomes das suas aplicações à Highsoft antes da implantação.
