  • Full License: One software license is required per user, per machine.
  • Floating License: One software license is required per user. The license covers multiple machines, but for non-simultaneous use only.
  • 1 Year Maintenance: Free major upgrades for 12 months
  • 2 Year Maintenance: Free major upgrades for 24 months
  • All customers who own InstallAware X2 or newer are entitled to Basic Support. Basic Support includes free access to peer support forums.
  • Gold Support: Access to InstallAware support experts. If you buy Gold Support without Maintenance the Gold Support will expire after a major new version is released. If you buy Gold Support with 1 Year Maintenance the Gold Support and Maintenance will expire after 1 Year. If you buy Gold Support with 2 Year Maintenance the Gold Support and Maintenance will expire after 2 Years.
  • For competitive upgrades a valid Wise or Installshield license is required.
  • Upgrades from previous versions of InstallAware are for customers using version X10 or higher.
