A Devart não oferece versões antigas para venda direta. No entanto, se você é um usuário licenciado, pode baixar qualquer versão anterior na área de usuários registrados da Devart.

Posso instalar minha licença em mais de uma máquina?

Sim. Você pode instalar, ativar e usar uma cópia adicional em um segundo dispositivo portátil, laptop ou computador doméstico para o uso exclusivo da mesma pessoa apenas.

Uma licença pode ser transferida de um desenvolvedor para outro?

Que tipo de suporte recebo?

Os usuários com uma assinatura válida têm direito ao suporte Priority, que é realizado por e-mail e tem uma política de resposta de dois dias úteis. Os usuários que não possuem uma assinatura podem obter suporte através dos fóruns da comunidade.
