SurveyJS Survey Creator is an extensible JavaScript form builder UI component for creating dynamic, multi-page surveys and forms of any complexity with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. Survey Creator integrates into any JavaScript application, supporting all popular front-end frameworks, including Angular, React, Vue, and vanilla JS. SurveyJS has no back-end restrictions. This means that you can save your forms and responses into your custom back-end with ease and take advantage of your existing authentication. This also means you don’t need to worry about third parties handling your sensitive data or about usage limits imposed by online survey platforms. This setup ensures you have full control over your data, user management, and server-side code, without any restrictions from SurveyJS.

Survey Creator is a customizable form editor for building surveys and forms on the client side. It automatically generates form definitions (schemas) in JSON, describing the form’s style, content, layout, and behavior, which are then rendered in the browser using the free Form Library.
