  • Hijri calendar - Added support for the Hijri calendar to enable users to utilize the Islamic calendar seamlessly. It facilitates accurate date management according to the lunar Islamic calendar system, addressing a broader range of cultural and regional needs.
  • Popup opening on focus for date/time components - Enhanced the functionality of DatePicker, DateTimePicker, TimePicker, and DateRangePicker components by automatically opening the date and time pop-up when the component is focused. This improvement enhances user interaction by eliminating the need for additional clicks, thereby streamlining the date selection process.

  • Adaptive layout - Added support for adaptive layout for charts. This feature ensures that chart elements like axis labels, titles, legends, and data labels dynamically adjust their design and position to seamlessly fit different screen sizes.
  • Crosshair snap - Added the ability to snap the crosshair to the nearest data point instead of tracking the exact mouse position, ensuring a precise focus on individual data points.

  • The Blazor Chat UI component is a lightweight, user-friendly conversational interface for displaying chat messages between users. It features messages with timestamps, avatar images with fallback text, typing indicators, and extensive customization options, making it ideal for building modern chat applications. Key features include:
    • Message suggestions - Provides on-demand suggestions using customizable templates to enhance user interactions.
    • On-demand messages loading - Dynamically loads messages to optimize performance, especially for lengthy conversations.
    • Header toolbar - Allows adding toolbar items in the header with options for executing custom commands.
    • Timebreak - Automatically inserts time breaks between messages, enhancing readability by grouping conversations by date.
    • Typing indicator - Shows real-time typing activity of users with customizable indicator styles.
    • Customization - Allows users to customize the default appearance, including messages, the footer, and more, to suit their needs.
• Chip
  • Template - The Chip component now supports the template rendering feature. Users can use any HTML element as the content of a Chip item. For example, include anchor tags for links and SVG icons for visual enhancements to customize the Chip's appearance and functionality.
• Word Processor
  • Performance improvement on pasting content inside a large table - The performance of pasting large content inside a large table has been significantly improved, (i.e., pasting content inside a table extending 60 pages has been reduced from 43 to 3 seconds approximately). Now, content can be pasted into tables seamlessly, without any lag, ensuring a smoother user experience.

  • Popup resize - Resize support has been added to dropdown components, allowing users to dynamically adjust their size for improved usability and flexibility. This feature includes resizable edges, enabling users to manually control the width and height of the dropdown popup.
  • Filtering with debounce - Debounce support is now provided for filtering actions, optimizing performance by delaying the execution of filter logic until the user has paused typing. This feature reduces unnecessary requests and computations during rapid input, thereby improving responsiveness and ensuring a smoother user experience, especially when working with large datasets.
• Dropdown Tree
  • Value template - The Dropdown Tree component now allows users to customize the display of selected values. Users can format and present the selected items according to the application's specific needs.
• Excel Library
  • Excel-to-PDF and image conversion enhancement - The Syncfusion Excel Library now includes the enhancement to preserve WMF images when converting Excel documents to PDF files or images.
  • Performance improvement - The Syncfusion Excel (XlsIO) library performs with a significant 80% improvement when global styles are applied to Excel worksheets, processing faster and more efficiently.
  • Decryption - The Syncfusion Compression library now decrypts zip archives with multiple passwords, allowing each archived item to have a unique password for enhanced flexibility and security.
• File Manager
  • Chunk upload - The File Manager now supports the chunk upload feature, which allows large files to be split into smaller chunks based on the specified chunk size and uploaded sequentially to the server. This improves reliability and performance when handling massive file uploads.
• Image Editor
  • Image type and size restriction - The Image Editor now supports image restrictions. This feature allows users to specify image extensions, as well as the minimum and maximum image sizes. End users will receive a clear alert message if an uploaded image does not meet the defined criteria, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly upload experience.
• Maps
  • Configuring marker clusters for individual groups - Marker clusters can now be enabled for individual marker groups on a map layer, allowing customization of colors, sizes, marker count labels, and connector lines within the cluster. Additionally, cluster expansion functionality can be enabled separately for each marker group.
• PDF Library
  • Add and retrieve document-level JavaScript in a PDF - Added the ability to add or embed, retrieve, modify, and remove document-level JavaScript actions within PDF documents. These actions, written in ECMAScript, allow dynamic content and interactivity by executing scripts when the document is opened or in response to user interactions.
  • Flattening specific types of annotations in a PDF - Users can now flatten specific types of annotations in PDF documents, converting them into static content while leaving others editable. It ensures secure, consistent viewing and is ideal for finalizing documents for sharing or submission.
  • Add date when signing a PDF document - Added the ability for users to set the date signed when adding signatures to PDF documents. This ensures the integrity and authenticity of the document.
