Licença Comercial
É necessária uma licença de software por máquina.
Cada licença de Developer fornece 1 ano de assinatura de serviços de suporte com acesso ao lançamento oficial do TeeChart JS e aos fóruns de suporte da Steema.
A Server License é uma licença por Server Domain Network Server, o que significa que a licença é necessária para cada Server Domain em um Network Server no qual o Software residirá. Toda máquina que instalar, executar e/ou usar o Software deve ter uma cópia licenciada e sua licença apropriada.
(As Server Licenses são para implantação fora da sua organização. Elas exigem uma TeeChart JS Developer License).
Licença Não Comercial
Você não pode criar obras derivadas nem distribuir e publicar o software de qualquer maneira que tenha como objetivo principal ou seja direcionada a vantagem comercial ou compensação monetária privada. O uso do Software em páginas da web com qualquer finalidade lucrativa é considerado uso para vantagem comercial. Suporte Prioritário
Priority Support é um acordo que fornece ao assinante um link de suporte prioritário para a Steema.

A Steema não vende diretamente versões anteriores, mas a compra de qualquer nova licença lhe dá acesso para baixar versões mais antigas do mesmo produto.
Você pode transferir o software (incluindo todas as partes componentes) sob o entendimento de que o cessionário concorda com os termos e condições do contrato de licença. Nesse caso, entre em contato com a Steema com uma notificação por escrito da transferência da licença, incluindo os dados de contato do cessionário.
A Steema oferece suporte padrão com todas as assinaturas.
O Suporte Prioritário anual opcional inclui:
TeeChart JS requer ativação. Se a máquina a ser ativada não estiver conectada à Internet, você pode usar um formulário online em uma máquina separada para gerar um código de ativação.
