Annual Subscriptions

One software license is required per user, per year*.
An active Subscription License is required to continue to use the software.
You will need to purchase Subscription License Renewals before your current Subscription expires in order to keep your Subscription active.
Run-time royalty free.

*Purchase a 2 year Subscription or 2 year Subscription renewal to benefit from 2nd year savings.

IDM All Access includes:

  • Every application IDM Computer Solutions publish.
  • Portable versions of UE/UC.
  • Win, Mac, & Linux versions*.
  • Automatic free upgrades.
  • Unlimited lifetime tech support.

Academic - An Academic license is available to non-profit educational institutions.

Perpetual Licenses

Named User: Entitles you to 1 activation (one per license). If you purchase multiple Named User licenses, each individual Named User will receive a separate license ID.

Concurrent User: Licensed per machine where multiple users access the application but only one at a time. For example If multiple people need to use the software at one time, then you would simply need enough concurrent licenses to cover the concurrent usage. For example, if you had the software installed on a server with 100 users, but only 10 people needed to use it at a time, you would need 10 concurrent licenses.

  • 1 free upgrade to the next release e.g. v24.10 to v24.20.
  • Unlimited lifetime technical support via email.

O UltraEdit Enterprise requer ativação online/offline?

Os produtos UltraEdit suportam ativação offline.

Posso comprar uma versão antiga do produto?

A UltraEdit não comercializa versões anteriores diretamente, contudo, a aquisição de uma licença dará ao cliente uma chave para a versão atual, que também funcionará com versões anteriores. A UltraEdit fornecerá ao cliente comprador um link para baixar uma versão anterior, porém, observe que o suporte para versões anteriores é limitado.

Uma licença pode ser transferida de um desenvolvedor para outro?

Sim, desde que a licença seja de propriedade de e distribuída pelo empregador do desenvolvedor. A licença inclui proteções internas, para que o seu uso permitido não seja excedido. O licenciamento dentro de um ambiente corporativo é por usuário individual, por sistema. O usuário individual pode ser reatribuído, de modo que seja razoável para a rotatividade típica de funcionários. No entanto, se for necessária uma licença "flutuante", onde várias pessoas possam vir a acessar a licença em um único sistema, a aquisição da licença Concurrent será necessária.

Há desconto para uso acadêmico?

Sim. Versões Educational totalmente funcionais com desconto estão disponíveis para instituições de ensino sem fins lucrativos.
