A licença do Website ZingChart é para uso em um único domínio. O website que reside nesse domínio deve estar acessível publicamente. Isso significa que, quando um usuário acessa o website, não deve haver exigência de login para acessar o site ou qualquer um de seus gráficos. Se os usuários forem obrigados a fazer login para visualizar gráficos ou acessar o website, você deve considerar a licença Internal ou a licença SaaS, dependendo do tipo de usuários que você tem para o seu app. Licenças de Website não podem ser usadas para desenvolvimento de produtos. Licença Internal
A licença Internal do ZingChart foi projetada para ser usada no desenvolvimento e implantação de um único aplicativo interno. Esse aplicativo precisa ser hospedado e acessado em um nome de domínio totalmente qualificado. Esse app deve ser usado/acessado apenas internamente por funcionários ou contratados diretamente associados à organização licenciada. Licença Enterprise
A licença Enterprise do ZingChart é para o desenvolvimento e implantação de aplicativos internos dentro de uma única organização. Com a licença Enterprise, não há restrições quanto ao número de domínios ou ao número de aplicativos nos quais o ZingChart pode ser usado. No entanto, as licenças Enterprise têm uso interno restrito: devem ser usadas apenas para aplicativos internos. Esses aplicativos devem ser hospedados pela organização licenciada e acessados apenas por usuários diretamente associados à organização licenciada (ou seja, funcionários, contratados, etc). A licença Enterprise do ZingChart não pode ser usada para produtos de software comercializáveis. Suporte e manutenção
As assinaturas de suporte e manutenção incluem 4, 8, 10 ou 25 horas de suporte ao nível de produto por ano. O prazo do suporte é de 1 ano a partir do momento da compra. As horas de suporte não utilizadas expirarão, a menos que a assinatura de suporte e manutenção seja renovada; nesse caso, as horas serão acumuladas. Novas horas de suporte serão adicionadas à sua conta na renovação da assinatura de suporte e manutenção.
O ZingChart é oferecido tanto como Licenças Perpétuas quanto como Licenças Anuais, para atender às suas necessidades. A Licença Perpétua permite que você use a versão licenciada para sempre.
