Support and maintenance

Support and maintenance subscriptions include 4, 8, 10, or 25 hours of product level support per year. The term of the support is 1 year from the time of purchase. Unused support hours will expire unless the support and maintenance subscription is renewed, then hours will carry over. New support hours will be added to your account upon renewal of the support and maintenance subscription.

O ZingChart é oferecido como Licenças Perpétuas e Licenças Anuais para atender às suas necessidades. A Licença Perpétua permite que você use a versão licenciada para sempre. A Licença Anual está disponível a um custo inicial mais baixo, mas deve ser renovada após o primeiro ano se você quiser continuar usando o software.

A Licença Branded gratuita não oferece acesso ao suporte por e-mail, chat ou telefone. Os desenvolvedores que usam a versão da biblioteca da marca têm acesso apenas à documentação online da ZingChart.
