Accusoft was founded in 1991 under the corporate name Pegasus Imaging, and headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Accusoft is now repositioned to be the largest single source provider of imaging software development kits (SDKs) and image viewers, as measured by estimated market share and product offerings. Owing to its wide suite of products, deep R&D and generous customer focus, Accusoft is a leader in the imaging SDK field. Imaging technology solutions include barcode, compression, DICOM, editing, forms processing, OCR, PDF, scanning, video, and viewing. DEXTSolution (Formerly DEVPIA) is a portal site for the professional developer community that was constructed in 2000 under the motto of "developer's utopia". DEXTSolution is one of the world's largest developer communities consisting of over 290,000 members and has 60,000 daily visitors, 583 user groups, 50,000 news monthly updates, 48 professional managers, and 120 professional instructors. In January 2001, the company started the first .NET community in Korea where many developers are able to view and share source code. In 2002, DEVPIA received an award from the president of Microsoft, Bill Gates, for activities in the developer community. Main activities involve .NET consulting, online education, operation of off-line seminars, development and distribution of software, and the development and selling of the DEXTUpload Component.
Planatech Solutions
Founded in 1996, Planatech Solutions is a privately owned company, specializing in cross-language & cross-platform interfaces. Based on nearly 20 years experience in the Financial Markets, Planatech has produced both commercial and bespoke software. The company's most successful commercial product, XLL Plus, first went to market in 1998, and simplifies the process of converting complex mathematical models written in C/C++ to instantly usable add-in functions in Excel. Clients include investment banks, hedge funds, energy industries, universities.
