MindFusion Group was founded 2001 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company started operations by providing outsourcing services to clients from all over the world. Project work was carefully managed to ensure the company's stable growth and positive financial results. During 2003 MindFusion devoted its resources to developing its first programming tool - an ActiveX diagramming control. The product soon started to attract numerous clients thanks to the talent of its creators. Afterlogic Corporation has been operating since 2002 and is currently registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Their areas of specialization are COM/ActiveX and .NET email components development, email software development and software consulting. They are known worldwide for their award winning MailBee.NET Objects and MailBee Objects mailing components as well as for popular family of AfterLogic WebMail Pro PHP products.

dLSoft developed from a software house created in 1988 for the specific purpose of creating barcode and labeling software and components for Microsoft Windows. Through the dLSoft range of products the company has been providing labeling applications and barcoding components for a range of Windows developer environments since Windows 2, including more recently a range of components for the .NET and CE.NET environments. In 2004 dLSoft expanded its activities to include Java components, and in 2005 a number of products for the Mac OS-X platform were released.
