Since its foundation, the company has been providing consulting services and developing component-based software systems for large Swiss companies from the financial and industrial sector. ToolTipsFactory for .NET is the first result of this diversification and more will follow. Data Techniques is a leading vendor of imaging and facsimile components for Microsoft Windows developers. Founded in 1984, the company released its first version of the ImageMan Imaging tools in 1991 for use with Windows 3.0.
