Change Vision, Inc. also offers free add-on tools which work with Astah Professional such as Astah Community, a free light-weight UML modeling tool without advanced features. Astah UML Pad, for modeling UML diagrams on an iPad which can be imported to Astah Professional. Astah Share can be used to upload diagrams on the web for the communication and sharing. Change Vision's development team is located in Japan and Sales and Technical support teams are based in USA and Canada to serve all customers around the world with the spirit of Japanese hospitality.

EC Software was originally founded in 1993 and went a long way from the initial small one-man shop for point-of-sale software to the documentation tools specialist that it is today. With the first release of Help and Manual in 1997 the company changed its business focus to documentation software and developer tools.
