Timed Subscription Licensing
One software license is required per user, per machine.
For example if you have 2 users each with 2 machines you will require 4 AdminStudio Licenses.
The license is timed and will expire after 3 years, any installations created during the 3 year period will continue to function after expiry, but you will not be able to access AdminStudio after expiry.
Timed Subscription Licenses include updates and support for the duration of the license:
- Unlimited telephone support requests
- A Maintenance Plan Card detailing all benefits and plan specifics
- 24 x 7 access to Knowledge Base
- 24 x 7 access to product Web Communities
- Sample Code, Sample Projects, and White Papers
- Technical Webinars / Online Product Demonstrations
- Unlimited Web-based requests using eService
