Retrieve Atomic Time and make it available in UTC or Local time. InaClockCtrl is an MTS (Microsoft Transaction Server) enabled ActiveX component that can be used in either a distributed environment or on a web server. It is useful in applications where accurate time reporting is a necessity, such as determining exact transaction time for database access by multiple clients. It even supports Proxy servers and dial-up networking.

The component calls the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST at time.nist.gov) through port 13 and makes the correct time available. Using the Property TimeServer, any valid time server may be set (see InaClockServer).

Supports Proxy and RAS (DUN).
