Since its inception in 1991 as one of the first third party Visual Basic component vendors, Desaware has lead the way in developing innovative software products to assist developers in their programming efforts. Based on experience going back to the days of Windows 1.0, we understand the critical features needed by developers, sometimes presenting a solution before developers are even aware of the problem (as in the case of VersionStamper - a tool which solves the "DLL Hell" distribution problems).

Our NT Service Toolkit reduced the cost of developing NT services from weeks and months of time by high end C++ programmers to hours of time by Visual Basic developers - with no compromise in capability. Our SpyWorks package does the same, allowing VB and .NET developers easy access to lower level features in Windows.

Our new StateCoder product for .NET dramatically improves the reliability of applications, components and services that make use of the multithreading and asynchronous features of .NET. Forthcoming .NET products will continue in this tradition.
