*查看更多File and retrieve electronic documents in seconds. Mangofile is a simple to use application that can be connected to any Twain driven scanner. Paper documents can be scanned directly into Mangofile and then index/saved into the system, via an indexing criteria built by the user. Such criteria could be order number or a reference number followed by date and you can even add a personal note. Like each draw of a filing cabinet the system can have separate cabinets for certain business areas.
